Returns & Exchanges

Of course I hope you love your purchases! But if for any reason you are unhappy please email me at hello@luckykiwiclub.com and we will try to resolve the issue. Items will only be refunded or exchanged if they are returned in immaculate, unworn, resalable condition with swing tags still attached. Please initiate the returns process within 5 business days of receipt or the sale will be considered final. Refunds will be issued in the same payment form they were received.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please email me as soon as possible.

All shipping and customs costs from your original order are non-refundable. You are responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning the items. Please return your items with a tracking number and insurance. Lucky Kiwi Club is not responsible for returned items that are lost, damaged or stolen as part of their return shipment.
